Refund Policy
At Edurium, we are committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in our fees and refund process. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be considered, and the procedure for requesting one.
1. General Refund Principles
– Tuition fees already paid are generally **non-refundable**.
– Registration fees (£40) are strictly **non-refundable**.
– Refunds will only be granted in exceptional cases where Edurium is unable to provide tuition as agreed.
– Refunds will not be granted for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or personal commitments.
– Where possible, Edurium may arrange catch-up sessions instead of refunds.
2. Grounds for Refund
Refund requests may be considered if:
– Edurium cancels tuition sessions without offering catch-up alternatives.
– There is an administrative error in overpayment of fees.
– Exceptional personal circumstances are formally agreed by Edurium management.
3. Refund Process
Parents/guardians must complete a **Refund Request Form** and submit it to Edurium management. Requests will be reviewed within 14 working days, and outcomes will be communicated in writing. Approved refunds will be processed within 28 working days by bank transfer.
4. Non-Refundable Items
– Registration Fee (£40).
– Tuition fees for missed or unattended sessions.
– Tuition fees where catch-up sessions are offered as an alternative.
5. Review of Policy
This Refund Policy is reviewed annually to ensure clarity and fairness.
