Fees & Payment Policy

At Edurium, we believe in full transparency regarding our fees and payment arrangements. This policy explains the tuition fees, payment methods, refund rules, and procedures to ensure clarity for all parents and guardians.

1. Tuition Fees

– Small Group Tuition: £80 per month per subject per student.
– Olympiad & Competition Tuition: £120 per month per subject per student.
– One-to-One Tuition: £50 per session per student.
– One-to-Two Tuition: £80 per session.
– Registration Fee: A one-off non-refundable registration fee of £40 is required when joining.

2. Payment Terms

– Tuition fees must be paid monthly, in advance, during the first week of each month.
– No deposit is required.
– Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods.
– Parents are expected to make timely payments to ensure uninterrupted tuition.

3. Centre Closures and Catch-Up Sessions

Edurium centres are closed for six weeks each academic year:
– Two half-term holidays (1 week each).
– Two weeks in August (summer holiday).
– Two weeks during Christmas and New Year.

Parents are expected to make their usual monthly payment during these closure periods. Edurium will arrange **catch-up sessions** to ensure that no student loses tuition time due to these closures.

4. Study Break Requests

If parents request a study break for their child of at least one full calendar month, tuition fees for that month will not be charged. Study break requests must be submitted in writing at least two weeks before the break begins.

5. Refund Policy

– Tuition fees already paid are non-refundable, except where Edurium is unable to deliver tuition.
– Registration fees are non-refundable.
– Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Edurium management.

6. Missed Sessions

If a student misses a session due to illness or personal reasons, the fee for that session is non-refundable. Where possible, Edurium may offer catch-up sessions, but this is not guaranteed.

7. Termination of Tuition

Parents may withdraw their child from tuition at any time. There is no required notice period, and no future fees will be charged after termination.

8. Review of Policy

This Fees & Payment Policy is reviewed annually to ensure fairness, clarity, and compliance with Edurium’s values.
